Aurora Neighborhood Council
The Aurora Neighborhood Council was formed to bring together representing members from neighborhoods that have gone through our Aurora Neighborhood Planning Initiative (ANPI) and provide necessary resources. The ANC serves as a ‘one stop shop’ for the residents, and is made up of representatives from each ANPI neighborhood and two current At-Large members.

Hispanic Heritage Advisory Board
The Hispanic Heritage Advisory Board consists of 13 members appointed by the mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. It meets at 9 a.m. on the second Monday of each month in Conference Room 5B at City Hall. Board meetings are open to the public.

BGI Committee
Buildings, Grounds and Infrastructure Committee meets on Mondays preceding City Council meetings (usually 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month), at 4pm in the Meeting Room at the Aldermen’s Office, 60 E. Downer Place.

Fox Walk Overlay District Design Review Committee
The Fox Walk Overlay District Review Committee is composed of 11 members, a majority of whom are downtown business owners, downtown property owners or executive or managerial employees of downtown businesses. It meets at 6 p.m. on the second Monday of each month in City Council chambers of City Hall. Committee meetings are open to the public.
