Municipal Code
Below you will find a link to the City of Aurora’s Municipal Code. In an effort to provide citizens with the most complete version of the code, Aurora has contracted with an agency that updates our municipal code to provide it to you online. Visitors can browse through title and section headings or search the codebook text. The code book is updated every time the official codebook is codified - two to three times a year.
Twice a month Aurora’s City Council passes new or updated ordinances. Please check the list of recently passed Municipal Code Ordinances below to find out whether any particular provision of the Code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
