Description 
Dark blue wool Kepi hat, style worn during the Civil War. Front has crossed rifles with number 7. Gold buttons with Army insignia on side. Leather brim and strap with buckle at front. Theory on the cap, it has been remade using the old hardware (brim, strap, buttons and emblem) and new blue cloth.
