Collection Grand Army of the Republic Memorial Hall
Description Purple Heart ribbon medal in presentation box. Includes ribbon pin and tack pin. Also in the box is a picture of PFC Richard Garlick who was killed in Vietnam on March 1, 1968. He was born on December 16, 1947 and killed in the Quan Tri Province of Vietnam while serving in the United States Marines.

Also in the box is a melted piece of lead, but no explanation of the significance.
