--GAR Memorial Association minutes from 1939~1947 in loose leaf form.

--Two bound books of GAR Memorial Association minutes. One covers 1948~1960 and the other covers 1960~1971.

--Beacon News articles from 1964 through 1968 concerning the possible demolition of the GAR, the community outcry and fundraising drive in order to save the building and the subsequent restoration.

--Two Dues Record Books from 1879~1899, 1900~1911, Hardbound

--One Hardbound book entitled Tenants of G.A.R. Hall 1940s which lists the various organizations that met in the hall in 1941 and 1942.

--One Hardbound book entitled Military Orders of G.A.R. which lists various organizations meeting in the hall during 1942~43.

--Twenty-two copies of a booklet entitled Historical Address. This address was given by Comrade James Shaw in 1925, at a dinner celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of the completion of the G.A.R. Memorial Hall, Aurora Post 20. One booklet has pencil revisions to the membership roll, possibly made by J.M. Conway, dated June 8th 1926.

--1922: Roster of the 56th Annual Encampment of the Department of Illinois G.A.R. to be held at Alton, Illinois, May 16,17,18
Also Officers Report and Roll of the Dead.

--1922: Booklet entitled Headquarters Grand Army of the Republic
Building of U.S. Grant Post No. 327, Dept. N.Y.
Dated April 24, 1922 Contains description of Memorial Day, Order of General John A. Logan, President Lincoln's address at Gettysburg, Dedication of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. etc.

--1925: Roster of the 59th Annual Encampment of the Department of Illinois GAR to be held at Aurora, Illinois May 12, 13, and 14. Writing on front cover--slightly damaged: "Chas ..... Commander Kilpatrick Post #276, Austin Ills" and "To J.M. Conway Aurora Post."

--1925: Programs from 59th Annual State Encampment in Aurora. Four copies--back cover of one booklet is damaged.

--1928: Preliminary Roster and Official Reports to the Sixty-Second Annual Encampment of the Department of Illinois G.A.R. To Be Held At Kankakee, Illinois, June 12, 13, & 14

--1929: Proceedings and Official Reports of the 63rd Annual Encampment, Rockford IL, June 11, 12, 13

--1932: Proceedings and Official Reports of the 66th Annual Encampment of the Department of Illinois G.A.R. held at Joliet, Illinois, June 7, 8, & 9

--1935: Proceedings and Official Reports of the 69th Annual Encampment of the G.A.R. Held at Bloomington, Illinois, May 21, 22, and 23

--1939: Leaflet entitled Headquarters Department of Illinois Grand Army of the Republic, Memorial Hall, Chicago, June 22, 1939. This is a leaflet describing the 73rd Annual Encampment held June 6,7, and 8 at Jacksonville

--1941: Program for the 75th Annual Encampment at Bloomington, Illinois, June 2,3,4,5.

--1942: Proceedings and Official Reports of the 76th Annual Encampment,
Springfield, IL, June 9, 10, 11

--1944:Proceedings and Official Reports of the 78th Annual Encampment,
