Abstract This is a correspondence from the Woman's Relief Corps (presumably from Ruth McDonald, Viola Oreutt and Allie M. Rich since their names are listed below the text). This is a letter that seems to serve as an obituary for members of the WRC. The deceased woman mentioned in the letter is Phebe Wareham (b.1869, d. 1940).
