Projects In Progress
The Holbrook Mill
Located at 121 W. Benton St., a top to bottom rehabilitation is under way. The historic mill was in a state of disrepair before being rescued by the current owner and rehabber David Lewis. “It’s a great building,” Lewis said. “It has a lot of potential. It’s not a simple solution here.” The building has been dismantled and is currently in the process of being rebuilt. For more information go to http://www.holbrookmill.com/.
Ballydoyle Irish Pub
Located at 28-42 W. New York Street, the Ballydoyle Irish Pub will feature a 12,000 square foot restaurant, bar, and banquet facility. Irish music and dancing, along with family dining are part of the plans for the pub. Outdoor seating overlooking the Fox River and the Tivoli Plaza will be available as well. For more information, contact Phil Cullen at (630) 969-0600, or visit www.ballydoylepub.com.
