Planning and Development Committee
The Planning and Development Committee meets on Thursdays preceding Committee of the Whole meetings (usually the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month), at 4pm, in the 5th Floor Conference Room 5B.
It reviews proposed residential subdivisions and commercial developments, requests for annexation, planning, zoning, housing, urban renewal, business and community development, code development and enforcement, and community block grant administration.
