Aurora Neighborhood Planning Initiative
McCarty Burlington Neighborhood
The Aurora Neighborhood Planning Initiative (ANPI) is designed to help residents and other local stakeholders (e.g. business owners and employees, faculty and staff at local schools and churches, etc) shape the way their neighborhood will grow and change. Located east of the Downtown Area, the McCarty Burlington Neighborhood is the fifth neighborhood to complete the ANPI process. The neighborhood planning process will be characterized by active community participation, without which the ANPI would not be successful. A series of neighborhood meetings are organized to gather input and ideas from residents and local stakeholders. Numerous leadership team meetings and planning activities will also play important roles in the planning process.
Please check this website frequently to keep up-to-date on the planning process.
