Meridian Business Campus

Meridian Business Campus is a 660-acre multiuse business campus constructed by CMD Midwest, Inc., and owned by Duke Weeks. The Campus is bordered on the east by Route 59, on the north by the Burlington Northern Railroad, on the west by the Elgin, Joliet and Eastern Railroad, and on the south by Exchange Avenue.

Three development zones are included in the park: office and commercial, research and service, and light industrial facilities. The site is zoned light manufacturing.

The business campus is located near Fox Valley Shopping Center, numerous restaurants, banks, financial institutions, health and recreation facilities, a hotel, child care facilities, and a medical care center. The Burlington Northern Commuter Train Station and the first Michael Jordan Golf Center are located within the business park.

About 250 acres of the Meridian Business Campus have been filled by such companies as Chicago AAA Motor Club, Nissan Motor Corporation, Federal Express, JVC, Westell, Warner/Elektra/Atlantic, Weyerhauser and Cabot Corporation.
