Planning Council
The Planning Council is a staff committee that reviews developments prior to submission to the Planning Commission and the City Council for approval. The committee meets at 10 am every Tuesday in the Council Chambers, 2nd floor, City Hall.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee typically meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 3pm in Conference Room 5B, 5th Floor, City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place.

Government Operations Committee
The Government Operations Committee meets on Tuesdays preceding City Council meetings (usually the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month), at 4:30pm in the Meeting Room at the Aldermen’s Office, 60 E. Downer Place.

City Council
The City Council takes final action on items placed on its agenda by the Committee of the Whole as well as any new business items brought forth. City Council Meetings are open to the public. Persons wishing to address the City Council should notify the City Clerk's Office at (630) 256-3070.
