Statement of Open Accounts
The Statement of Open Accounts can only be started by the seller (or his agent) calling the Water Division of the finance Department at (630) 844-3611.
The information has to be requested at least five (5) days prior to closing otherwise, the water bill may have to be estimated and the information may not be available by the closing date.
Those forms filed within the allowed time, the information should be received by no later than five (5:00) PM of the day before the closing.
The information provided in the Statement of Open Accounts is time sensitive. Any changes in closing dates or delays in purchasing the transfer stamps may result in a delay due to a review of the amounts or any new invoices or amounts due.
