You may pay a parking ticket by cash, check, or money order. You can mail your payment or make payment at the Motor Vehicle Parking Division, located at 44 E. Downer Place, Aurora, IL 60507, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please write your ticket number or license plate number on the check or money order. Please be advised that payment must be received by the due date or hearing date, to avoid further penalties. Meter Hours of Operation
The hours of operation for parking meters are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Free Parking
Metered parking is free on the following holidays:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- City Sponsored Special Events
Overnight Parking
Parking is prohibited on all streets in the central business district between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m.
