Motor Vehicle Parking System Division
Mission Statement
To provide safe, clean and attractive public parking facilities and to assist in downtown development through effective management of parking policy and assets.
Important Information About Our Account Procedures
Federal law requires municipalities to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens or attempts to gain access to an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. When you attempt to access your account, we will verify your identity before providing any account information
The City of Aurora Motor Vehicle Parking System, a division of the Operations department, consists of four sub-divisions including:
Parking Maintenance
Maintains city owned and operated parking facilities in the Central Business District.
