Phillips Park Dog Park
Rules and Regulations
CAUTION: THIS IS A USE AT YOUR OWN RISK FACILITY. This is a non-supervised facility designed for off-leash Dog use only.
WARNING: Use of this facility may expose you and/or your Dog to injury.
- The Dog Park is open from sunrise to sunset, weather permitting.
- Owners must pick up after their Dogs.
- Dogs must be leashed upon entering/exiting the Dog Park, keep gates closed at all times.
- This Park is for Dogs and their Owners/Handlers only.
- Dog Owners/Handlers are solely responsible for the actions of their Dogs.
- Dogs must be vaccinated, healthy and wear a current/valid Rabies Tag.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while in the Dog Park.
- Maximum 2 Dogs per Owner/Handler are allowed in this facility – NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Dogs displaying or with a history of aggressive behavior will be banned from the Park.
- If your Dog gets too excited or exhibits aggressive behavior use the on-site “Doggy Time Out” secured area until such a time that your Dog is under control.
- Do not pet another Owners/Handlers Dog unless permission has been granted.
- Female Dogs in heat are not allowed in the Park.
- No food allowed in the Park.
- This is your park! Help keep it safe and clean at all times.
- No commercial use of the Dog Park is allowed unless permitted by the City.
- Person(s) who violate any of these rules and regulations will lose the privilege of using this facility.
- The City of Aurora reserves the right to close this facility at any time or remove any person(s) or Dog(s) for any reason.
