The City of Aurora Retiree Health Insurance Trust Fund exists to support the provision of medical and dental benefits to the city's retirees and their families. The trust fund board is charged with receiving employee and employer contributions, paying medical and dental claims, and prudently investing money in the fund not immediately needed to pay claims. The board, comprised of five members, holds regular meetings once each quarter to oversee the fund's operation.
