2019 HOMEOWNERSHIP EXPO
Join the City of Aurora and community partners at the Expo on Saturday, November 2nd at West Aurora High School from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Over 200 potential homebuyers are expected to attend the Expo and they’ll need access to resources for every step of the process: credit counselors, mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, home inspectors, homeowner insurance agencies, and attorneys.

Choose Aurora Homebuyer Assistance Forgivable Loan Program
Funded by the City of Aurora's Community Development Block Grant, this program offers up to $3,000 or up to $5,000 in homebuyer assistance to households with total income at or below 80% of the Area Median Family Income ($71,300 for a four person household in 2019) and who choose to purchase their home in the City. Three year legal covenants for homeowners (primary residence) and maintenance apply.
