Water is turned back on between 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Residents Must Be Present
Customers must be present and have access to the property when the Customer Service Worker arrives. If no one answers the door, or does not have access, the water service will not be restored. You will then need to call the Water Billing Division at 630-256-3600, before 5 p.m., to reschedule the turn-on.
You will also be charged an additional turn-on fee for each time the Customer Service Worker comes out to the property to attempt to turn the water on. If arrangements have not been made prior to 5 p.m., you must wait until the next business day to have water restored.
If your Fox Metro Water Reclamation bill is also delinquent, you must make payment to their office before we can restore water service. They will then authorize the City of Aurora to restore service under the same conditions as above.
