Do you want to go to college, but aren’t sure how to pay for it? Not sure what you want to study? Would you like to earn a two-year associate’s degree in Liberal Arts, Business, or Social and Behavioral Sciences?  What if you also had someone to counsel you as you discover your interests and goals, then determine your next steps and help you transfer to a four-year college to earn your bachelor’s degree?

The City of Aurora is collaborating with Loyola University to provide opportunities for Aurora youth to enroll in Arrupe College of Loyola University  - with the first semester beginning in January 2020.

Arrupe College is an intensive program designed to build critical thinkers and disciplined leaders. A strong candidate must be a high school graduate of the Class of 2017, Class of 2018 or Class of 2019 to begin the first cohort of the Aurora program. Upon completion of your associate's degree, your 62 credit hours are transferable to most Illinois institutions, including Loyola University and many out-of-state colleges and universities.

What's your first step? Register to attend the mandatory Arrupe-Aurora Open House on Tuesday, October 1. Upon registration, you will receive more information on what information you must bring to the Open House to enroll in the program.
