On Line Peddler Registration

NEW in 2020 you have the ability to register on-line and pay on-line 24/7 with eTRAKiT

Additionally, if you have multiple peddler licenses you can associate ALL of your licenses with an on-line account for tracking and mass payment. In addition to the step by step instructions below you will find tutorial documents at the bottom of the page.

Creating an On Line Account

Follow these steps to Create your On Line Account
  1. Navigate to https://auro-trk.aspgov.com/etrakit/
  2. Select "Setup an Account" in the upper orange ribbon
  3. Follow the instructions to Complete your On-Line Account

On Line Registration Process

Follow these steps to create your license one is required for each peddler/solicitor working for your company
  • Upon Account creation completion (Above) select "DASHBOARD" button from the upper orange ribbon
  • From your DASHBOARD Under the Blue Navigation ribbon on the left select “APPLY FOR NEW LICENSES” under LICENSE
  • STEP 1 ENTER LICENSE INFORMATION    Use the down arrow to scroll down to the PEDDLER LICENSE type
  • Enter the Full Legal name of the peddler/solicitor in the Licensee Name box
  • COMPLETE ALL of the ADDITIONAL INFO REQUIRED section.   
  • COMPLETE ALL of the PEDDLER GENERAL  section
  • COMPLETE ALL of the PEDDLER HISTORY  section
  • Note that the Upload Documents section is at the bottom of the page
  • Enter the number of months requested up to 6 months.   You will be charged $100/month
  • Acknowledge that you accept the Affidavit Acknowledgment
  • DO NOT select PROPERTY OWNER for this License type
  • ATTACHMENTS Area  1. Select  a .pdf of your State Driver's License or State I.D. -  Enter  "ID" in description and UPLOAD
  • ATTACHMENTS Area  2. Select a .pdf of your Passport Photo - Enter "Photo" in description and UPLOAD
  • HIT NEXT STEP 
  • STEP 2
  • Type ANYWHERE in the Address line and select ANYWHERE
  • ADDRESS LOOKUP area - Enter the Peddler/Solicitor's Name, Email, Phone and Emergency Cell Phone
  • MAILING ADDRESS area - DO NOT select 'Same as License Address'  Then fill out this with the Peddler/Solicitor's personal information
  • OWNER INFORMATION area - Fill this area out with the Business Owner Information
  • BUSINESS INFORMATION area - Fill this area out with the Business Information -  Then Select 'NEXT STEP'
  • STEP 3
  • Review and Verify the information entered.   Verify that you have your ID and PHOTO uploaded or ADD if needed
  • When all verified Select 'NEXT STEP'
  • STEP 4
  • Confirm the Fee amount equals the number of Desired months (not to exceed 06) times $100.  If this is an incorrect amount go back to STEP 1 and change the Number of Months Under PEDDLER HISTORY section
  • If you have additional peddlers/solicitors to add to your account please 'ADD TO SHOPPING CART' 
  • If you are done and ready to pay then select 'PAY NOW'
  • PRINT YOUR RECEIPT
  • Upon Completion your license(s) will show on your DASHBOARD under My Active Licenses
  • Note that fees due should show $0.00 for those which have been paid
  • Your application is complete -  City of Aurora will now process your application and reply if additional items are needed. Until your license is fully issued you are not permitted to start Peddling/Soliciting.
