APD's Operational Changes DUE to COVID-19

The Aurora Police Department is still here and working around the clock to help you during the COVID-19 pandemic, but we have modified some of our operating procedures to help keep everyone safe. 

Following CDC, state and county health department guidance, APD has implemented several precautionary measures to meet and accommodate social distancing requirements. APD has also installed signage to guide social distancing and to display new capacity limits for the public areas within the department.

Face coverings are required by all visitors while inside Aurora Police Headquarters.

Records Division

The Aurora Police Department's Records Division window has reduced hours during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The window will be open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
