If you have a question or problem that the staff at the Customer Service Call Center cannot address, we will forward your inquiry and information to exactly the right place.

All City departments work in cooperation with the Customer Service Call Center to make sure your questions and requests get responses in a timely manner. Remember, for non-emergency calls, dial 630-256-4636. For emergency calls, dial 911. For police non-emergency inquiries, dial 630-256-5000.
