Lucius M. Todd was co-founder of White and Todd Lumber Yard on Lake Street near Benton Street. He selected the interior woodwork and ornate exterior trim for this Queen Anne style home, which was built between 1890 to 1891. Note the shaped shingles and floral trim in the gables.
