McCarty Park
McCarty Park is just a few minute’s walk from downtown Aurora, it sits on an entire city block bordered by E Galena Bl on the south side, and E New York St on the north side. The park sits on 2.5 acres of serene open green space, the park features plenty of mature trees that provide plenty of shade for those hot summer days, and you can enjoy the shade while your kids run around and play in the splash pad located in the middle of park. The splash pad is operational daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and runs from 11 am to 7 pm (times are adjusted seasonally)

RiverEdge Park
RiverEdge Park has been created to bring stunningly beautiful entertainment, as well as recreational and natural amenities along both banks of the Fox River.

Wilder Promenade
The park provides gardens, benches, a Vietnam Memorial, an Aurora Policeman's Memorial and grassy tree shaded areas.
