Committee of the Whole (COW) is a meeting in which two or more Committees meet together with all Committee members, up to and including the entire board. This meeting operates under Committee Meeting guidelines but allows for greater interactions between committees and board members.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regularly scheduled City of Aurora Committee of the Whole Meeting scheduled for the remainder of 2023 will be held in City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place, 5th Floor Conference Room.
