Due to a gas leak at a construction site adjacent to Aurora City Hall, downtown streets in the immediate area and City Hall are temporarily closed. Nicor is on site to rectify the matter.

The following streets are closed:

• Downer between Stolp and Broadway
• Broadway between Galena and Benton

City Hall is temporarily closed for the morning. 

As of now, afternoon meetings, including City Council committees and the City Council meeting, are still scheduled.
