VNA Health Care in Aurora is now offering testing for the COVID-19 coronavirus. Testing is available by appointment only to people with COVID-19 symptoms.
COVID-19 specimens will be tested at no charge by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Testing will be offered to the public, regardless of income, immigration, or insurance status.
A VNA provider will assess individuals prior to testing. Individuals without insurance will be served on a sliding fee scale based upon income, with a total fee of $5-10 for the pre-test assessment. Testing will be available by appointment only Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at VNA Health Care, 400 N. Highland Avenue, in Aurora.
