Aurora has done a really great job embracing the A in STEAM (Art). The Paramount, RiverEdge, First Fridays, the new arts center planned for the old Waubonsee building, etc. Our art and culture is certainly second to none.
I would like to see us also become a technology hub second to none. The City of Lights was once a recognized pioneer in technology, and can be once again. We have SciTech, IMSA and their new IN2 innovation center, OnLight Aurora's community fiber ISP, premier datacenters CyrusOne and ByteGrid, Support Companies LLC in the old Library building, ALDI's national IT headquarters, and now a major Amazon presence as well.
Let's continue to expand on these, and promote them, and make Aurora a highly sought after destination for learning, innovating, and operating in the STEM space.
