I received a letter from ComEd stating that they received notice that my "electricity supplier of choice is being changed to Homefield Energy." Why did I receive this letter?
Let's say you are currently participating in the city's electricity aggregation program and receiving my electric supply from first energy solutions. You would like to continue the program and did not opt out of the next round program, and you expect to receive your electricity supply from Homefield Energy, and then you received this letter.

ComEd sent you the letter simply to make sure that you understand that your electricity supplier is being switched from First Energy Solutions to Homefield Energy. You will still be participating in the city's electricity aggregation program. You need not be concerned about the letter.
