Overnight courier is acceptable provided timely receipt of Bids. The Bidder assumes responsibility for late delivery of the mail. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to see that his Bid is received in the proper time.

Any Bid received by the Office of the City Clerk after 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 shall be rejected.

The City of Aurora has a local preference ordinance that would apply to this contract.
