Cinco de Mayo Playground Fundraiser

A Cinco De Mayo family fun fest is planned for Friday night at Gates Elementary School, to raise funds for the school’s new playground for special needs students.

The festivities – all types of music, food, games and family fun -- will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 6, at Gates Elementary, 800 Seventh Ave., Aurora. Admission to the Cinco De Mayo celebration is free, and tickets will be sold for food and games.
