The City of Aurora has established a program designed to encourage city procurement from businesses owned by minorities, women, and disabled persons (MWDP). Businesses interested in doing business with the City of Aurora under the MWDP Program must complete a Vendor Application.

The mission of the program is to encourage the use of minorities, women, and disabled persons businesses in meeting the procurement needs for the City of Aurora. The city is now tracking its procurement actions with self-declared MWDP businesses as well as MWDP businesses certified by a qualifying agency.
