Service Description Cost
Basic Fee For Availability:

All consumers shall be charged a basic fee for availability of water to
premise notwithstanding any usage of water. The basic availability fee serves to provide resources for the maintenance and replacement of the system infrastructure.

Water & Sewer Service Rates:

The water and sewer service fee provides resources for the procurement,
treatment, and delivery of water and the initial reclamation of wastewater.  (Sewer lines 15” or more in diameter are operated by Fox Metro and Fox Metro is responsible for wastewater treatment.)

Stormwater Management Fee:

A fee is hereby imposed upon all consumers to whom water service is
provided by the city for the purpose of funding various projects related to drainage improvements, flood relief and stormwater management in the city.

Environmental Disposal Fee:

The environmental refuse disposal fee provides resources for the disposal
Of;

1) Unlimited unbundled brush from the first week in April through the first week in November each Year,

2) Leaves during a designated eight-week period each year,

3) Natural Christmas trees,

EPA-Mandated Long-Term Control Plan Fee:

A fee is hereby imposed upon all consumers to whom water service is provided by the city for the purpose of funding various projects associated with the city’s long-term control plan (LTCP) so as to comply with the mandatory standards promulgated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency for the management of discharges from the city’s combined sewers.
